The CS23 Surf is perfect if you want a comfortable, familiar boat that delivers a great surf wave. Bennington 25 SXSRTD
The 25 SXSRTD is all about easy lake fun. A great choice for laid-back cruising with an extra dose of excitement.

What are the different boat rental options at Chelan Bay Marina?
We offer four premium boat rental options, each designed for a different on-thewater experience on Lake Chelan:
- Cobalt CS23 Surf – Comfortable, familiar, and perfect for a laid-back day of lake cruising and casual wakesurfing. Ideal for families or groups looking for a relaxing boat rental experience.
- Nautique S23– Sporty and performance-driven, built for serious wakesurfing and wakeboarding with customizable waves for all skill levels.
- Chaparral 21 SSi– A smooth, stable ride with an open layout, great for groups who want to combine cruising, tubing, and watersports.
- Bennington 25 SXSRTD – A spacious pontoon boat with a double-deck and slide, perfect for relaxing, swimming, and family-friendly lake days.
All boats are available for half-day boat rentals, full-day rentals, or a seasonal Lake Pass for flexible boating throughout the summer
Do I need a Washington Boater Education Card to rent a boat?
No. We will walk you through the Washington State Motor Vessel Rental Safety Checklist and complete it with you at the time of your boat rental. We also recommend reviewing this boating safety guide before your trip: https:// www.rentalboatsafety.com/power-boats
What is included in my boat rental?
Your boat rental includes access to premium watersports equipment, refreshed each season for safety and performance on Lake Chelan. Included gear:
- Ronix wakesurf boards and wakeboards
- Radar water skis
- Kids’ watersports gear, including children’s skis and infant life vests
- 3-person towable tubes for sit-down and lay-down tubing fun
- Coast Guard-approved Ronix life jackets for men, women, and children
- Tow ropes, anchors, and ice for your day on the water
Who can go boating with me?
You can bring friends and family on your boat rental, as long as you stay within the boat’s maximum passenger capacity. Only trained and approved named Operators are allowed to drive the boat.
What is the Buy-and-Apply Program?
Our Buy-and-Apply Program lets you apply the cost of up to 7 boat rental days toward the purchase of a new boat in the same season. It’s a popular “try before you buy” option for customers considering boat ownership.
How long is a day rental / what hours can I boat?
Day rentals are available for a maximum of 8 hours per day, between 9 AM and 5 PM. Boats must be returned by closing time. We offer full day (8 hour) and half day (4 Hour) rental times
Can I roll over unused Lake Pass days?
No, unused Lake Pass days cannot be rolled over to the following season. We recommend planning your outings earlier in the season to make the most of your “Lake Pass.”
